Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your timepiece, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Package Your Item

Return the item in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation. Include the original receipt.

Ship to Us

We'll provide a return shipping label. Drop off the package at any designated courier location.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

All 2cWoodenWatches timepieces come with a comprehensive 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects.

Movement & Mechanism

Covered for manufacturing defects in the watch movement and internal mechanisms

Timekeeping Accuracy

Guaranteed accuracy within specified tolerances for the movement type

Materials & Craftsmanship

Coverage for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, water damage (unless water-resistant model used within specifications), battery replacement, or normal wear and tear.

Exchange Policy

Prefer a different style or size? We offer easy exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Item must be unworn, in original condition with all tags
  • Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
  • Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange

How to request an exchange: Follow the same process as returns, but specify you'd like an exchange and include your preferred alternative.
